Sacred Heart School for the Arts OFFICE MANAGER: This individual serves as a receptionist and assistant to the executive director. The successful candidate will coordinate a multi faceted schedule of both during school and after school classes involving both private and group instruction in dance, drama, visual art and music; maintain and update multiple schedules for the organization, including a schedule of year round classes, performances and camps; serve as liaison with the SHSA faculty and with staff for other campus entities (Ursuline Arts Center and three schools). The individual must have very strong organizational, office, computer and interpersonal skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Must be willing to work some hours outside of the regular work day, such as special events, meetings, performances, and campus activities. Must be excellent with kids and parents and be able to multi task well. An interest in and understanding of arts education are a plus. No distinct artistic skills necessary.
